This site is a portfolio of Amanda Roller Gainer's work in IS_LT 7370, Intermediate Web Development, Summer Semester 2018.

The class projects were created by following assignments and learning design techniques: such as; look and feel, functionality, and mobile accesiblity.

Projects 1 & 2 followed assignments that explored different design elements.

Project 3 introduced different border and techniques floating objects.

Project 4 introduced css style changes creating sections that can be stacked to make mobile accesible.

Project 5 introduced functionality by adding a form on the contact page.

The midterm introduced Javascript and stacking the sections to make the site mobile ready.

The Final Project

The final project assingment given to the class was to choose one of three websites to re-design.
I choose the following website to re-desing: Classroom Website

Website Description: Mrs. Smith is a 6th grade English/Language Arts teacher in your school and she's been keeping up her own website for a couple of years now, but her skills just aren't up to the challenge anymore and she needs some help. Her main reasons for keeping her site are to keep students and parents up to date about what's going on in class and to also give them resources they might need at home. She has some ideas for video, audio, and better communication but just hasn't been able to implement them yet. If you're looking for a color scheme, here is a link to the school's mascot logo, the griffin.

The Final Project

During the final project build the "client" would ask for differnt functionality to be added.
